3. Account Replacement Policy. All accounts that are sold on come with a 48-hour warranty. It means we guarantee that accounts purchased on our site will be valid through the period mentioned above. We assume no responsibility for anything that might happen with accounts after the specified period of time. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever caused resulting from account closure. You're using accounts at your own risk.

4. Personal Loss Liability. does NOT compensate or accept any losses, that might be related to accounts usage (e.g. investment into accounts, lost e-mails, locked accounts, and so on) in any case. The maximum amount that could be compensated is the initial purchase amount. Buyer is responsible for all actions performed with purchased accounts, that includes a proper password and access management, recovery information attachment, etc. It is strongly recommended to change passwords and attach personal recovery information for valuable accounts you are going to use for a long time.

5. has ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY in regards to SPAM and sending out e-mails and/or any kinds of personal messages (like Facebook and Twitter messaging, outgoing SMS for Google Voice, etc). If you are going to use accounts for this purpose, you assume full responsibility for the things you are doing. No refunds or replacements are possible in case accounts were used to send out messages. If we receive any requests from competent authorities, we will have to collaborate with them.

6. If you're not satisfied with the accounts for any reason, you should create a ticket using the link located on the account delivery page within 48 hours. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace accounts if the ticket was not created within 48 hours after the initial purchase. Please, note, that we are unable to refund accounts that were used (have usage signs, passwords changed, etc)

7. does not manage issues, connecting to wrong cryptocurrency payments. If you have sent funds to the wrong address or didn't send the requested amount, or sent funds to the same address twice, we cannot guarantee we can help. You are sending all crypto payments at your own risk. This is especially related to coins, that are processed by side billing systems (e.g. Monero, BNB, etc).

8. reserves the right to refuse Bitcoin refund requests in case there are any signs of cryptocurrency laundering. We can perform AML procedures in case accounts were purchased with illegal or dark market funds and can report these purchases to competent authorities. We can start an investigation on any payment, and in this case, refunds may be delayed up to 30 days.

9. Account links are stored for 14 days after purchase only. It's a buyer's responsibility to download and save accounts after purchase. Accounts are then permanently deleted and there is no way to recover them. Buyers are fully responsible for sharing links with third-party persons and keeping them private. Note, that anyone having the link can access your accounts.

10. No warranty is provided for account usage without proxies. If your age going to use multiple accounts with a single IP address, accounts most probably will be locked and no refund or replacement will be offered! Please, be informed that we require PROXY usage and not VPN. Using VPN will most probably kill your accounts.

The most common complaint is that buyers are unable to access e-mails with non-Russian proxies, though it is clearly stated that there is no other way to access them. This is related to any other requirement that is shown before the account purchase. When you buy accounts, make sure that you read the description of it so you can be sure that you understand the usage and comply with it.

12. reserves the right to retain or deny refund requests in case the buyer is unable to clearly explain the purpose of purchasing accounts and/or to provide graphic confirmation (screenshots) of the issues experienced after account purchase. In case suspicious buyer activity is detected (e.g. buying large account quantities "for a test", showing screenshots for accounts, not related to current purchase, inability to use proxies, failure to explain the clear purpose of account purchase, etc), we can deny or hold the refund up to 30 days until the situation is cleared.

13. reserves the right to deny refunds and replacements in case multiple support tickets, are created from one IP and different names or e-mails are detected. Buyers are responsible for keeping their account links private.

14. Refunds for accounts, that are proven to work by the team, will be processed 30 days after ticket creation. This is related to "cannot access recovery e-mail for Twitter", "accounts in asking for security answer", etc. Please, do use better proxies and most account issues will disappear.

15. can ask you to stop purchasing accounts at any time without explaining the reason for such a decision. In case of any further purchases after this notification no refunds or replacements are possible.
